Wormfold is a human-sized bookworm with the power of a Portal Master, and one of the many villains in Skylanders: Transhapers. Due to his actions throughout the story, he is considered the main antagonist of the game.
Appearance[]
Wormfold is a gray bookworm the size of a usual Skylander, having blonde hair in a small pompadour, poisonous green eyes, a small mustache, and a monocle on his right eye. He has purple gloves on his hands, a black cape across his back (tied by his neck), and black clothing on his lower body that goes down to black shoes on all of his legs. He is usually seen holding a mug with some unknown drink within.
Biography[]
One of the greatest criminal masterminds in Skylands' history, Wormfold stayed behind the scenes as his empire grew, often contracting the services of freelance villains and even doing business in other worlds through his Portal Master powers. He secretly desired to control all of Skylands, but was never able to due to the constant returns of Kaos and The Darkness, the former having Portal Masters far surpassing his own. However, now that The Darkness is gone and Kaos is powerless, Wormfold has decided that now is his chance. Destroying various prisons to release different villains, Wormfold has amassed a legion of villainous characters in his own bid to bring Skylanders under his rule.
Personality[]
Wormfold gives off the vibe of a high-class individual, often staying calm while carrying a condescending tone in his voice. While he's clearly evil, he never calls himself evil, only someone who can do what he wants and has the power to assert his dominance. He doesn't appear to be completely callous, as he has friendly banter with some of the other villains, but behind that approachable air lies someone without boundaries as to where he'll go.
Abilities[]
As a Portal Master, Wormfold is able to crack open portals to other worlds and summon creatures to do his bidding. These powers can manifest as attacks from various elements or as generic energy blasts. In addition to his tangible powers, Wormfold is extremely intelligent as well as a master strategist and manipulator, plotting his moves carefully and getting people who can help him on his side as soon as possible.
Trivia[]
- Despite his Element, Wormfold is not associated with Kaos at all. The Kaos Element comes from Wormfold's Portal Master powers, which are similar to Kaos's own.
