Skylanders: Infinite Army is a Skylanders fan game by AdamGregory03.

Story

"A new villain has come to Skylands! A king of an ancient civilization has returned, and is determined to dominate Skylands and return it to the old ways of monarchy. To do so, he commands an army of dimensional beings that rapidly spawn, leading to him creating an Infinite Army. Portal Masters and Skylanders are going to need even more help than before to defeat this threat, and what better way to do so than beating him at his own game?"

Features

Ally Storage

The Ally Storage is a device that comes within the starter pack of console versions of the game. In Infinite Army, Portal Masters will be able to recruit NPCs to fight alongside their Skylander, though these NPCs are not playable themselves, and are referred to as Allies. There is confirmed to be six different kinds of allies, each with their own unique attacks and abilities. There are sixty different allies in the game, though only four can be active at once. The ally types are:

• Explorers: Are extra helpful in finding secrets and collectibles.
• Healers: Occasionally drop food to heal the Skylander.
• Lightweights: Can be picked up and thrown to reach out-of-reach areas.
• Mechanics: Can be used to fix up broken-down machinery.
• Supporters: Can temporarily give a Skylander a buff.
• Warriors: Are much better in combat than other allies.

Characters

Unlike previous installments, there are no special Skylanders, though every Skylander from Spyro's Adventure to Superchargers is backwards-compatible. The game features 20 new Core Skylanders, 10 reposed Skylanders, and 60 allies. It also featured 10 villains from Skylanders: Trap Team who are reformed as Skylanders.
