Most robots are very smart, but un like them, High Tech is only half of that. Just don't call him stupid, otherwise he'll shoot you with a laser.
Biography[]
High Tech was made when a laser and a lightning bolt combined. One day, Laughing Stock walked out of his home, and found High Tech cutting down trees. Laughing Stock mistook High Tech for an enemy, and attacked him. However, High Tech shot Laughing Stock with a missile. After he apologized, High Tech cared for Laughing Stock and then was taken to see Eon, who made him a skylander.
